Group reservations can only be made through the reservations team. Otherwise, The Residència Erasmus Gracia reserves the right to cancel them.Be aware that Check-in is since 14:00, If you arrive before that time we will be happy to keep your luggage in custody, and you will be able to use our common areas unless your room is ready.
If you arrive very late, there will be no problem as our reception is available 24 hours a day, and you can check in at any time after 14:00. Check Out time is until 11:00 am. If necessary, we can also help you store your luggage until your departure.The Residència Erasmus Gracia offers the possibility of parking your car in a private car park. Please contact us before your arrival to check availability for these request related.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The staff were very correct, decent and nice: 1-There was a problem with the shower in the first room but when I told the receptionists they gave another room, very good in every aspect. 2- I forgot my earphones in the room but the cleaning staff and the receptionist behaved wonderfully, exceeded their job, and after they found them (I still had not noticed it), they even phoned me on time for me to pick them up. Indeed the very best staff you can find.

This is a student residence (however from booking.com info I did not get that) - nevertheless we were there with student businesses and the residence was ideally located near the university of interest; several supermarkets in the area, metro station really close, small bakeries & cafes & bars & places to have tapas. Really friendly staff.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We arrived later than planned due to a flight delay and the staff were very communicative and helpful. The property felt in a safe and secure location. There are safe and secure lockers to store your luggage too which you need a 2 euro coin for. Unfortunately we only got to stay a few hours here due to the plane delay.
