The location- very authentic. The plaza is a gathering place for locals of all ages. Quiet, safe area, access to public transit is close. 2 of the 3 bedrooms had ac. Nicely ventilated with windows. Living area is larger than in the foto. Nice space for 4 adults.

It needs to have fitted sheet protector for the foam for the stain that can't surpass into foam.
