We found the staff, both in the bakery and the hotel reception to be very friendly and very helpful. The lady on the front desk was exceptional in the way. She managed so many things at once. We found the range of food available for breakfast was very good for a hotel of this size and it certainly met our morning needs. The location of the hotel was very convenient. This was our first visit to Barcelona and the hotels location to be very very convenient for access to many of the attractions in the town.

Location was really central and convenient. The staff were friendly, the room comfortable and clean and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was excellent, all coming from the bakery inside the hotel itself. Really tasty bread and cakes.

Very nice rooms with air conditioning and huge windows. The food at the bakery is also very good!
