Please note that all check-ins will take place at our office location..Arrivals after 20:00 are subject to a €50 surcharge and must be arranged with the host in advance. Guests are required to settle all dues and sign the contract no later than 18:00.Early check-in during office hours is available upon request, subject to availability, and incurs a fee of €50. Luggage storage is available at reception from 11:00 to 20:00 and carries a surcharge of €5 per bag.For long stay more then 28 nights, the property may request some documentation after the reservation. If you fail to provide, reservation would be cancelled as per cancellation policy.Refundable security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival and will be refunded within 14 days after departure.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The house was comfortable and very well located. Quiet and spacious.
