Location is great - in the heart of the enormous Barcelona, so it’s easy to navigate and around the center. Property was clean and spacious, staff was supportive and responsive over Whatsapp messages (during check-in and reminded in advance about necessary the steps needed- see under disadvantages.

In the first night we turned the vent on and there was a very ugly smell, i informed the owner and the have send a cleaning team in the morning, but the smell still persisted and the owner wanted to sens an engineer in the last night, which was useless. Dangerous location , full of strange people on the streets.

The apartment is clean and tidy, well equipped, communication with the owners is excellent and fast. We received answers and explanations to all questions very quickly.

The A/C didn't work but the staff found a great solution and we could sleep in the night. Everything was great just to note the apartment is very central but the street where is located is kinda scary because of strange people. spain is a safe country so we wasn't so worried about. Also during the day the street was not bad and very busy.
