From the start, we had a very warm welcome from the staff, with a glass of much needed champagne. The lobby of the hotel is lovely and we were also delighted to be given an upgraded room. Everything about the hotel, from the location to the design, is absolutely spot on. It is great value for money and we had a wonderful stay. We are already planning a return visit!
