Rooms were spacious, comfy and clean and the entire staff were lovely. The breakfast was really good quality and reversible restaurant served really nice food. Check in and check out was straight forward and the hotel was located in a great spot with easy access to the airport and into the centre. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is comfortable, clean and highly accessible, close to the metro, Barcelona-Sants Station, and airport bus has a stop right across the street. However, what truly stood out to us was the exceptional hospitality! From our very first encounter, we were thoroughly impressed. The staff goes out of their way to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. A big thank you to all the staff and trainees!

The location is good. There is a metro station nearby, and also many bus stops nearby. so it easy to get around the city. There are also lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. I especially like the water bar. There are lots of choices, normal water, sparkling water, iced water. The only problem is the cleaning staff always takes my refill bottle away and doesn't give me a new one.
