The administration is truly the face of the hotel, and we were especially grateful for Leandro, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. He was incredibly helpful with every detail — from explaining the city on the map to making sure we felt comfortable.

Very central located. Safe and clean. Staff were nice and everything was working at it should. Convenient store next door. Walking distance from everything.

The staff are really friendly, the room was very quiet, the location was excellent for reaching 22@ and the Sagarda Familia area, and the metro Monumental is very near. The hotel is very clean, 24 hr reception, excellent bed and shower. Good inernet and very useful desk. Irconditioning was superb.

We liked everything – the staff was friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The area was beautiful and clean. The room, although a bit small, had a very nice bathroom and was spotless – 10/10 for cleanliness. The breakfast was very good. The area also has a huge shopping mall nearby for anything you might need, just ten minutes away on foot, and the metro is an 8-minute walk to the city center!
