The location and the personnel. The personnel at the reception desk were always helpful and ready to answer your questions throughout our 3-night stay. As an experienced guest, I can safely say that such ever-smiling faces and such willingness to support are rarity. (And what is more was, it continued after our check-out. We had to be around a couple of hours, but they helped us tackling our problems [though irrelevant to the hotel] a lot.) Besides, Aranea is within the 10-min radius of several centers of gravity of the city. LaSagradaDiFamilia and the North Station are just two of them.

Very comfortable big beds, great mattresses, decent room size, nice shower with good water pressure, well working quiet air-conditioning. The room was very clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful! Good location, not too far away from 3 metro stations. Easy walking distance to Sagrada Familia. Lockers for luggage are available. Good value for money compared to other hotels in Barcelona.
