Excellent location – very central. The staff member who welcomed us was warm, kind, and always eager to offer help and advice. The room was clean, including the linens and towels, and housekeeping ensured it was tidied and refreshed daily.

Each morning, there was a bag with two nice cakes and a carton drink which we really appreciated left in the drinks/eating room We really liked having a room which we could access which had a view across the street and opening doors on the second floor, which was the same floor as reception and our room. Inside the room was a coffee maker, fridge and hot and cold drinking water. The fridge also contained milk for us to use. Our room was comfortable clean, and although we didn’t request it, the towels were changed every day and the bed was made up The staff were friendly and helpful We appreciated the use of a lift to take our cases upstairs We were pleased with the location of the hotel close to the tourist areas of Barcelona such as the old quarter and good access to Metro and train

The location was superb, very close to the heart of the city and well connected by metro and train. You can go walking from the hotel to the main sights of Barcelona.
