The fine print
In case of requesting a Late Check-In after 8:00 p.m., a surcharge of 20 euros will also be charged, and after 00:00 a.m. there will be a supplement of 40 euros in cash, at the time of check-in.The property will request a deposit for security in the establishment (if you bring animals, double the deposit will be charged for hygiene and safety reasons). It will be returned within 14 days after the end of the stay.If the arrival time agreed with us is not met and we are forced to return, a travel supplement equivalent to the previously stipulated Late Check-in fee will be charged.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The location was superb, I don't think you can get much better than this. It's a high floor, in the middle of a main square of the Rambla.

We were met by a person and were allowed for a fee to book in early. Flat's location is fantastic and a large space. Rooms vary in size but none are small. Main living space is light and airy with lots of seating.
