The fine print
※ Late check-in:
• Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday (please consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this time, we will charge 30€ in cash, after 10:00 PM it will be 50€, and from 1:00 AM, it will be 100€.
• If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, or a weekend, the cost will be 30€ until 10:00 PM, after 10:00 PM it will be 50€, and from 1:00 AM, it will be 100€.
• If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12, or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: 50€ until 10:00 PM, after 10:00 PM it will be 100€, and from 1:00 AM, 150€.
• The 2024 Tourist Tax in Barcelona will apply (6.88€/person/night for guests aged 17 and older, up to 7 nights).
• Smoking is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction and a fine of at least 400€.
• Parties or gatherings are not allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint or the police, security, or neighbors get involved, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to any fines from the police).Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The apartment was excellent! Very clean, tidy and spacious! We stayed there for a whole week, and it had everything we could need. The location is great and so is the view from the balcony! There are supermarkets, coffees, restaurants and public transport stations very close by. The host was awesome! Very welcoming and warm towards us! We would definitely stay here again! We highly recommend this place!

The location was great. Huge TV in the apartment. Clean and tidy.
