If a flexible booking is made, a 10% deposit will be required within 48 hours of booking. The establishment reserves the right to cancel the reservation if payment is not made within the indicated period. This 10% deposit will be refunded if the reservation is canceled more than 7 days before the check-in date.Late check-in after 21:00 is subject to a surcharge of EUR 30.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The location of the apartment was fantastic - very central with restaurants and public transport readily available. We had the apartment with the great view. It was clean and well appointed. Access was easy once you figured out you had to download an app.

Great location - small quiet street but right next to Sagrada Famiilia and metro station Good size Clean Aircon in the bedroom Bedroom at the back away from the street Staff were responsive Great shower (although the rest of the bathroom floor get very wet)

Good property for a family with two decent sized rooms and enjoyed the character of the property. The facilities were exactly what we needed with a good kitchen, bathroom and en-suite and nice living area and Wi-Fi.
