Brilliantly loctaed. Easy access to metro. Loads of restaurants on Avenue Gaudi, which were miles bettre than the ones down in the old town / around La Ramblas. Nearby grocery stores for late night snacks. Whilst there are still tourists around, it felt less touristy than the other bits of Barcelona we saw.
