The property is spacious for 3 persons. We stayed in the attic which afforded us some nice view of the city skyline. Location is very central, right in the heart of Barcelona!

Location central, clean, good facilities-well equipped kitchen , shower, tv, internet , good air conditioning/ heater, plenty wardrobe storage, lift , secure. Plenty restaurants and shops , good connectivity - metro buses airport transport , short walk to Las Ramblas, gothic area, port etc. Large king size bedroom and single bed in a corridor area - ample space and privacy. Couch separate. Mario at checkin was excellent - went very smooth - very helpful tips and advice and recommendations. Thank you Mario.

The location is absolutely great, 3 min on foot from Placa de Catalunya, the main square, and La Rambla.
