Had aircon. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Easy to use bus routes into the centre.

breakfast was nice, I really appreciate the eggs were prepared for each person on demand and as instructed, I could select omelete or scrumbled eggs with additions :) the owners/workers were very open and kind. the hotel is not big, so the variety was not overwhelming, but still I could have a big and tasty breakfast with a coffee and tasty orange juice :)

Travelled here for a festival, so really the room was just a base & a bed. To that end, though, the bathroom was clean and functional, the bed was pretty comfy and the air conditioning was really good!
