The fine print
Online Check-in:
• As required by Barcelona law, all occupants’ data must be registered. You will receive an email to provide these details online.
• A damage deposit of €300 is required, payable by card before your arrival. This deposit will be refunded in full via credit card within 7 days of check-out, subject to a property inspection.
• Online check-in must be completed at least 48 hours before your arrival date, including the tourist tax and security deposit.Upon Arrival:
• There will be no personal welcome at the apartment.
• Access codes for the apartment will be provided one day before your arrival, only if the online check-in is completed.Additional Rules:
• Groups: Parties, including bachelor or bachelorette parties, are not allowed.
• Guest Limit: The number of guests must not exceed the number originally booked.
• Respecting Neighbors: Please avoid excessive noise at all times to respect neighboring residents.
• Responsibility for the Apartment: You are responsible for returning the apartment and all its furnishings and equipment in good condition upon departure.
• Lost Keys: €40 per set of missing keys.
• Lockout Fee: €40 if you forget the key inside the apartment outside office hours (10 AM - 8 PM).
Failure to comply with these conditions may result in immediate eviction without any refund.

Our group of six friends thoroughly enjoyed our recent concert experience, and we were grateful for the comfort and convenience of the apartment we secured. It was a fortunate find to have accommodations that featured two bathrooms and separate beds for each guest, which is often a challenge. The cleanliness of the space, combined with its central location, significantly enhanced our overall experience. We found the access to the apartment to be very user-friendly. The code system worked seamlessly, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable throughout our stay.
