Great location, friendly staff, and comfortable stay Ciudad Condal Hostal, Paseo de Gracia is a great choice for a short stay in Barcelona. The location is absolutely strategic – right on the elegant Paseo de Gracia, within walking distance of many major attractions, great restaurants, bars, and shops. It makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the shower (no water was coming out), but it was taken care of the same day, which we really appreciated. The bed was comfortable, although a bit on the smaller side. Still, it was good enough for a few nights, and we were overall satisfied with the experience.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Property is kept very clean. Free safe. Kettle provided for €20 returnable deposit. Our room was on the interior of the hotel with a lovely courtyard garden to overlook making it a very quiet stay with birdsong every morning when we opened the windows. In very upmarket part of town with plenty of options for transport but we walked everywhere.
