The fine print
The credit card used to make the reservation must be in the name of the person who will be staying at the establishment. In case of reservations made by a third party, an authorization form must be completed and a copy of the credit card and the identity card of the cardholder must be presented.The hotel check all credit cards in order to know if they are valids or not. The system charges 30€ and refund immediatley.Only 1 dog or cat weighing a maximum of 20 kg per room is allowed on request. This service is subject to a supplement of EUR 22 per night per pet. In addition, a deposit of EUR 200 is required.Reservations of more than 4 rooms or more than 8 nights are subject to special conditions and supplements.Access to the spa is limited, children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No access to the spa for children under 16 years of age. Price: 12€ . Advance reservations are required. Please contact the hotel for more information.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Adrian, the receptionist, was very helpful and kind in helping me with all my needs. Also, it was very nice that they received my online shopping orders and informed me.

We were three people sharing. The three comfortable single beds were a bit crammed and there was not proper space to open three suitcases. We had to utilise the desk by the window, so no space left to sit down and write or to do a bit of work on the computer. The hotel is next to a very large but quiet shopping centre (Westfield), which was excellent for food and other amenities including a pharmacy.

so clean, the staff were extremely friendly. this is our second time visiting and we are already thinking about going back and staying here again.
