There was a Reception person there to greet us. They also took us to the room and showed us around the apartment, nothing felt like it was too much trouble for them.

Excellent location and very well built/renovated apartment. We (5 guests) stayed in a 4 beds 3 baths apartment, furniture and beds are comfortable, pillow menu is a bonus. Helpful staff. The apartment have nice decoration throughout. Kitchen is well equipped but there is no nonstick frying pan, no aluminum foil provided.
