Pati was really nice and welcoming. The apartman is super cozy and comfortable, in a district where locals live, less tourists. The acces to the city centre is easy by metro and bus, although Barcelona is quite big, so you might need some time to arrive. The common kitchen functioned well, it is nicely equipped, although two families (two apartman) couldn't simply cook at the same time, there aren't enough utensils, but fortunately we cooked at separate times during our stay here. We had really nice time here. Thank you!

Very calm vibe, in a very good neighborhood with good connections, supermarkets, and restaurants around. Pati was an amazing host, always reachable and very nice. Will highly recommend.

My first and the best stay experience in Barcelona :) nice location, just 5 minutes walk to any market or bakery, lovely garden on the ground floor ☺️ The owner was super nice and tried to make our stay more comfortable. Highly recommend to stay here!

A very neat place to stay in a quiet but lovingly busy area with everything you need nearby. The whole place was very clean and well designed. Although the room was not super spacious it offered storage room for everything and was very comfortable. The balcony was perfect for a late night sit in although the ventilation of the restaurant next door was quite noisy at times. The kitchen is well equipped and inviting (especially with the terrace). It is located right beneath the main square of the area in the shopping street so there are plenty of restaurants and shops super close by. The bus stop bringing you to the city center or the beach is around 3 walking minutes away. The host is very responsive and gave us nice recommendations for the area. We can highly recommend Casa Filomena for a beautiful and quiet getaway from the busy part of Barcelona!
