Amazing location, everything is like 30 minutes away on feet (Sagrada Familia, Passeig de Gràcia, Montjuïc, etc.) Enough bathrooms for everyone, individual lockers, very well equipped kitchen, a coffee machine (bring your capsules!), a terrace
