The apartments do not have a reception. Guests must send an e-mail indicating their estimated time of arrival to Barcelona. This ensures that they will be met at the apartments upon arrival. Arrivals outside of the specified check-in hours are subject to the following surcharges: 20:00 until 00:00 - EUR 25 00:00 until 0700 - EUR 50 Guests requiring an extra cleaning service should contact the reception. Apartments include clean towels and bed linen, and these are not changed daily as part of the standard service. Guests may request changes of towels or linen for an additional charge.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Great location and apartment for our stay in Barcelona. Located on quiet street, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, transport. Apartment was very neat with good amenities. Great to have washing machine/dryer. Terrace on Level 3 was also an unexpected surprise. Concierge team were excellent and very accommodating to requests, recommendations etc.

Great location and facilities. Good amount of space, comfortable bed. Really appreciated having the washing machine, and airer as we don’t like using a dryer. Convenient, easy check in process

This is my 2nd stay at Bonavista. Such an incredible location just steps from Passeig de Gracia. The apartment is so large with all the amenities you need for your stay (extra garbage bags, dishwashing tablets for the dishwasher, laundry pod for the machines, lots of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and hairdryer. The beds are very comfortable and sheets smell fresh. Very convenient to have laundry machines inside the unit, as well as a large terrace to enjoy the beautiful nights. Fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils, cookware, etc. Just come and unpack. Perfect for short or longer stays. It is on a very quiet street just off of the main road with all the major brand shopping steps away. Little markets on the same street to buy any groceries. Victor and Alvaro in the Management Office were so professional and helpful with any requests. I would never stay anywhere else in Barcelona.
