Top location of the apartment - just across Casa Battlo and next to Casa del Leon and some meters away from Casa Mila - La Pedrera. A metro station just in front of the entrance. In the very heart of Barcelona but still very quiet. An old building with an incredible spirit inside! Plaza Catalunya - not more than 15 min walking distance for my family. La Rambla - 20-25 min walk. Two 24/7 Supermarkets 2 minutes away. A plenty of bakeries, cafes, tapa-restaurants, etc around the building. Huge living room with new high-standard electronic devices (AEG, Electrolux) - all electronics you would need for preparation of a delicious dinner (we did not use them). Much place in the cupboards that are stored with all necessary cookware. Comfortable and modern table-bar. A big TV. A room designed with a special attention to the detail...A big bedroom with definitely cosy bed and pillows and a big 3-wings wardrobe (and a small window looking to an inner dark space). There was a small TV in the wardrobe. A second bedrom (much smaller than the "parents' bedroom) but still equipped with a desk, bookshelves and a safe and a bih window looking to Sagrada Familia. Additional small service room with all the service ware well hidden - it looked like a relacing balcony also looking to the Sagrada in the distance. Cosy and modern bathroom with all small things you would guess. Airconditioner and additional central heating and additional electronic heater...It was a sweet experience! Special THANKS to the very kind owners - friendly and supportive!
