Location is very near to metro station. It is about 20min walk to Catalunya metro station which is near to the shopping street. Owner provides coffee capsules and washing machine detergent.

The condition of the various rooms on offer is different. As I made two seperate bookings I will use this second review to point out that this room, in contrast to the others that were booked for our group, wasn’t great. The most disconcerting moment was when the shower control handle in the shower came away in my hand. A hurried evacuation of the cubicle was the only option. There were a few other issues, easily overlooked without feedback from guests. But I also would note that the owner/manager was helpful when a late checkout was inadvertently required. Most of the rooms appear in good condition. I seem to have been lucky enough to get the lemon.

The building is located beside Girona Metro and there is an excellent selection of local eateries. The apartments (we rented 3) were clean but the maintenance was spotty. As we were there on a bank holiday I saw nobody the entire time. All communication was on the booking.com app. Everything from check-in to check out was automated. Registration, paying the local taxes and downloading the app that opened the doors was a little tedious but I’m from the generation before the internet.

Great location, close to everything. Walking distance to the historic centre and the Sagrada. Shop across the street, metro around the corner. Accommodation was clean.
