Very strategic location, in the middle of the city and easy to reach places to eat, supermarkets, terminals & stations. Staff very helpfull.. thanks

Staff is not always around so it's difficult if you need something. But when they are present, they are nice and helpful. We've booked the Mt. Ijen tour through them and we had no problems. The room is big enough but there's no cupboard to leave or hang clothes. The room has fan that does the job but it might get very hot. WiFi works good

People at reception are really nice and they answer all of our questions very well. The tour for the Ijen was also nice. It’s not the staff from the hostel, it’s another company. Food was good
