While the hotel infrastructure needs a bit of work, the people looking after the hotel are amazing. Impressively accommodating to every little request we came up with and made us feel like it was our family.

First of all, I want to underline the service. The administrator was pleasant and helpful, and minor problems were fixed quickly. The apartment was great, with a lot of space and a great view. The kitchen had everything we needed.

The swimming pool was big and the water was heated, such a delight after a day at ski. The people at the reception were si helpful and nice, good breakfast, wonderful view!
