The swimming pool and the spa area were great and not crowded, the room was comfortable and clean, very friendly staff

Our apartment was spacious and warm. The hotel is very clean. Stuff is very kind and helpful. Swimming and spa area are warm and nice. Lobby is pleasant and its bar good. Breakfast was good too. There is a free shuttle bus to the gondola 8 till 10 am and back to the hotel 3-5 pm.
