Delicious breakfast and really comfy room. About 30 second walk up to the hot springs and 5 min walk into town. Lovely staff and nice sauna!!

A very nice and comfortable hotel: starting with competent and friendly tips for activities around Baños at the check-in, followed by the breakfast on the roof facing the waterfall, and our evening spa sessions. We did really feel at home there. One can easily reach most places on foot, some of them even by hiking along beautiful (steep) mountain paths though the jungle.

The location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The thermal baths are so close.
