Very helpful, friendly staff. Excellent restaurant recommendation just round corner by river, very helpful printing out boarding passes and arranging taxi to bus station. Bed/pillow most comfortable from 4 hotels visited across Slovenia, Croatia, Republika Srpska. Excellent buffet breakfast much exceeding expectation, very well presented and pleasant, modern eating area.

We stayed one night at this brand new, beautifully decorated hotel and loved it. The location is perfect—close to the city center but very quiet, thanks to great sound insulation. The room was modern, with a big, comfy bed, and everything felt fresh and well-designed. Breakfast was simple but tasty, with everything you need—including homemade Bosnian coffee. The staff were exceptionally kind and professional, from reception to the breakfast service. Free garage parking was a big plus. Highly recommended!

We were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel and the rooms were exceptionally clean, and we especially loved the modern interior design – it gave the whole place a very comfortable and stylish atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. We would definitely love to come back in the future. The only downside was that the walls were quite thin, so we could hear a lot of noise from neighboring rooms. Overall, though, we had a great experience and truly enjoyed our time here.
