Location, although I haven’t got a car this time, I’ve found this place without parking facility perfect. It’s a clean tidy with free coffee teas and basic breakfast. The owner and her family are helpful, tidy and have a heart of a hospitality. Definitely coming back. I also love that the location has the other ends to cross the ferry to the other side of the river. Including the street food market at the pier. It’s a little house in the local community totally walking distance

We loved how quiet the location / area was. The property looks super modern but doesn’t feel westernised at all. The 7/11 was a walk away which was super convenient. There’s also a restaurant on the corner & a lovely coffee shop nearby too. We enjoyed the fresh fruit every morning alongside the mango & sticky rice 🍚🥭 Most importantly, the hosts were one of the best parts of our stay. Warm, welcoming & so kind. The hosts mother, Beb, left a mark on my heart ♥️

Very nice accommodation in a calm location. It's easy to reach the more touristic areas by taxi boat or ferry. The hosts are mother and son who are very warm and caring. There is a market around the corner and some nice local restaurants in the area. Highly recommend!

I like the warmth greetings of the owner of the boutique house. It feels like home. The location is very great because it was near to Wat Arun. I love the room. The colour of the room is very aesthetic. I love the design. I would definitely want to go back again. I hope I can stay more than 1 day. Thank you so much. The best and hidden gem hotel in Bangkok Thailand.
