Staff at the lobby bar - the captain/manager of the bar was very warm and friendly, incredible service and attention to customer satisfaction. For that alone, my wife and i vouched we’ll return to the bar in future trips. Welcoming drinks at check-in, while a small gesture, is a rare touch these days and much welcomed

I connected with Ploy for booking and she was just fantastic. It truly was a pleasure talking with her. When we arrived she has so sweetly welcomed us with a decoration on our bed. Location was perfect and very convenient , the breakfast was massive and excellent.
