The staff was amazing--friendly, helpful, hospitable. The hotel was unique and charming. The breakfast was amazing. I would stay here again.

I love everything from this place, but what I love the most from this place are their customer service. It's top notch. I'd been to UK, Philippines, Spain, HK, and Dubai, but this one takes the cake for being the best in customer service. I would even argue that they are the highlight of my travel in Bangkok. My only regret is not booking for more days to stay in this place. I love it. From now on, they are my standard for perfection in customer service. Having said that, this place is more than their customer service. The place looks fancy, clean, and close to the tour venues that I've book. Breakfast is a feast, try the thai breakfast that they served, that was addicting! Also, they leave personalised notes in your room, which I found very sweet. Really, I can't make this up even if I want to!!! That's how good this place is!

The staff were very attentive, service with a smile and helped us with getting around Bangkok. Room was so lovely and catered for our 2 children too. Great location
