Breakfast at executive lounge didn’t have much options but it was quite ambiance which compensated for the limited options breakfast. On the other hand breakfast in the main lobby Resturant was a total chaos, noisy, crowded and unwelcoming staff. Hotel made me upgrade after paying a handsome amount to executive suite and I expected since I am upgrading to executive (paid) at least they will consider early check in request. I arrived with family at 9am and despite my repeated request I was further made to pay for an additional room till the time my suite gets ready. My suite got ready by 11ish and I was transferred to it but I still had to pay for the additional room I took to rest between 9-11 am. Total rip off.

The location was fabulous on the river. Easy to go across to Chinatown or Talat Noi or down the river to Asiatique or up the river to Wat Po and the Grand Palace. The hotel is also right next door to Icon Siam mall which was a bonus. Breakfast was great and had a vast range of food. It looks inviting to sit outside for breakfast but beware of the pigeons! The Level 4 pool was a great—offering river views, a shallow lounging area perfect for relaxing in the sun, and a covered section ideal for a refreshing swim.

It had its own pier and the a public pier too in front of the hotel. The Cruise piers were right within walking distance, in front of ICONSIAM. The view was just mesmerising from the breakfast tables, executive lounge and our room too! There was a great spread for breakfast with many healthy options, and a great selection of varying canapes in the lounge and good restaurants in the hotel itself. Great and warm service from staff.
