Wuth + Ben were excellent at the front reception. The checkout staff were also very kind and helpful. Everyone was all smiles the whole way through. Service matters most. However the design of the hotel is also exceptional. Attention to quality in terms of room design, upkeep, and customer service is what makes me come back to Lyf!
