The fine print
Guests made a reservation under free cancellation policy would require payment in full amount at the time of arrival.Guests made a reservation under non refundable policy would require the full amount to be prepaid in advance. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Guest should be showed the original credit card upon arrival.As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing our property and services, please note that renovations are currently ongoing in the guest rooms of the Scenery Wing on Floors 18 to 20 and Meeting room, from 15 May 2025 to 31 August 2025. (During time 09:00 to 18:00 hrs.)
Please note that all other areas of the hotel will continue to operate as usual. Our team will do their utmost to ensure your stay remains pleasant and comfortable during this time.A damage deposit of THB 500 per night is required on arrival. And THB 1,000 per night for (2 Bedroom and 3 Bedroom) This will be collected by credit card or cash. You should be reimbursed by check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.Greenery wing (minor building) includes Deluxe City View, Deluxe Pool View, City View Suite, Pool Access Suite from the 1-6th floors.
Scenery wing (main building) includes Deluxe Balcony, One-Bedroom Junior Suite with Balcony, Grand Deluxe Double Or Twin Room, Lake View Room, One-Bedroom Suite, Lake View Suite, 1 Bedroom Executive Suite, 1-Bedroom Executive Family Suite for 4 Adults, 2 Bedroom Deluxe, 3 Bedroom Family Suite, Lake View Family Room.

The modern room 309 was a good size in the green wing. Bathroom very roomy with a great shower. Breakfast was excellent and beyond expectations. Location is down Soi 10 and is therefore very removed from road noise. The hotel shuttle to Sukhumvit soi 10 entrance entrance is efficient running to 23.00 and easy to get a TukTuk after that time. Nearby lake is a great place for walking or hire (from Hotel) bike riding. Great access to Sky train at NaNa and waking distance to Terminal 21 at Asoke Have stayed at Centre Point 3 times and highly recommend.

Clean, good breakfast and swimming pool was nice, and the Tuk-Tuk was perfect to take you to the main road.
