We were upgraded to a suite on arrival. It was a lovely gesture. The staff from reception, concierge, housekeeping right through to the breakfast area were amazing. The hotel is well maintained, clean and has all the amenities including a washing machine which was great. The staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. We received a complimentary teddy bear, I love it. Access to the executive lounge was a bonus. The breakfast was wonderful with a wide variety of options. Also, the hotel is situated in a safe area within a short walking distance to lots of shops and eating places. Thank you for an amazing place. We will definitely be back.

We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, and it was very spacious—perfect for a family. The staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Phaeng and Sun. The breakfast area was calm and uncrowded, which made for a peaceful start to our mornings. There were two 7-Eleven stores just a few steps from the hotel, which was very convenient for quick snacks, drinks, or essentials.

Beautiful hotel, loved our room, clean comfortable and well appointed. Excellent facilities and great breakfast. Staff were professional and attentive. Thank you for our complimentary Teddy bear!! Loved it and would highly recommend.
