I travel fairly often, and I have to say this might be my favourite accommodation out of everywhere I’ve stayed. Firstly, the owners are absolutely the most lovely people. They made it feel like a real home away from home, always around with a smile and some time for a chat and a laugh. Such a warm welcome when I arrived, with some gorgeous iced tea while I checked in. They gave me an umbrella to use when it rained, prepared me fresh fruit early in the morning when I had to leave before breakfast, and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The property is really lovely. Nicely decorated, cosy and comfortable with a beautiful garden to have breakfast in or spend time relaxing. It’s a peaceful house in a quiet location, which is just what I was hoping for. The AC in my room worked a treat, which was a godsend in the hot, humid Bangkok weather. The breakfasts were delicious and filling, and they catered to my diet no problem at all. All necessary toiletries were also provided in the room, including a toothbrush and toothpaste. The location was fine - Bangkok is a big city and you’re never going to find most things walkable, especially in the heat. I had no issues getting taxis everywhere I wanted to go, which neither cost too much or took too long. I probably would have had a great visit wherever I stayed, but choosing here added an extra element to my trip that will make it all the more memorable. I will be back, and won’t hesitate to book here again as there’s nowhere else I’d want to stay.

This is such a beautiful thai traditional house, surrounded by plants and birds and the sweetest owners ever ❤️ breakfast every day was amazing and I felt well taken care of. The owners kindly gifted me with a present for my birthday too. Thank you so much for my stay here, I hope to visit soon again

I had such a wonderful experience staying at Baan Tepa! The hosts were the nicest and kindest people I came across in the whole two months of my travels - I was always looking forward to 'coming home' to this after a long day out in Bangkok. The area itself is quiet yet central enough to easily reach restaurants, markets, temples and galleries. I'll return here again and again!

Lovely guest house with lovely welcoming hosts! Felt like a home from home. The bedroom was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was also delicious and choices for vegetarians. It’s a traditional Thai wooden house so has extra charm and is in a good centrally located area with 7/11 and restaurants near by. I’ve booked to stay again on my way home. Thank you!
