I didn’t like the mattress in bedroom which I reported for my last review. This was my second week here, so I’m submitting a second, shorter review. My mattress was too old and springs could be felt coming through. The staff did place a topper on the bed which helped a little, but not much. Also, the AC wasn’t working properly in either bedroom or living room because the thermostat didn’t work. I couldn’t adjust the temperature, so it remained set at either too cold (in bedroom) or fluctuating (in living room). Otherwise, I would have rated hotel higher.

I liked the spaciousness of my suite which I upgraded to before checking in. The staff were very nice and helpful as well. It was good to have a kitchen area, along with dish ware, silverware, pots, etc… BUT strange that the stove top was removed shortly before (about a month I was told) I checked in. Why would they supply everything else but nothing I could cook with ? The pool was usually empty, so it was pleasant to have a dip in the pool. Also, the location of hotel is good because it’s on a rather quiet street of Saladaeng, yet very close to Silom which is more hectic, busier, etc…

Location a plus, a short 5 - 10 mins walk to the BTS (train), mall and street food. Comfy bed.
