Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The reception staff was exceptionally welcoming and professional, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The rest of the staff was equally courteous and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. Overall, great service and a pleasant atmosphere.

As there weren't many guests staying, the reception manager gave me a free upgrade. The room was spacious and very comfortable. He also booked a taxi for my early ride to the airport the following morning. The manager and the staff were polite and friendly.
