1. Location was close enough to Bangalore airport and in a quiet place with hardly any traffic. 2. Large comfortable beds, sufficient for a family of 3. 3. Ease of ordering food quickly from a nearby restaurant. 4. Polite and helpful staff. 5. Perfect for a 1 night transit stay.
