steve “Good location but let down breakfast and facilities”

Hotel is on the outskirts of Banff and has bus stop locally and the walk into the centre is not too far if the weather is fine. As with most hotel's in the area they are a bit expensive but actual facilities such as restaurant is lacking. Car parking is available and easy accessible which is a bonus, but overall value for money when compared to other hotels we stayed in was a bit poor. It is a good base when staying in the area especially if you have a car.

Simple, clean and good for family to stay in. Good facilities and amenities like the free smores, hot and cold plunge was a plus.

Friendly welcoming staff. Two Australian chaps on the front desk were wonderful. Were able to answer all out questions and gave great advice about the local attractions and transport options. Basic breakfast options, but again, great friendly staff to assist with our dietary requirements.

Beautiful, CLEAN, spacious, and underground parking. The staff was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. Loved the hot tubs in the beautiful outside area. Loved the fire pit to fry marshmallows. The entire area was spacious.
