I like the hotel's location. It's walkable to shopping stores and nearby restaurants. The hotel is in good condition, I think, because it is quite new. The bed and pillow are great. However, I had an issue during check-in. I booked two rooms a months ago, but when I checked in, they assigned one room on the 3rd floor and another on the 7th floor. The reason was that the guests kept extending their stay. If they extended and it overlapped with my reservation, they should not have allowed the guest to extend or should have asked them to change rooms. In the end, the very kind lady at the reception understood our frustration, upgraded one of the rooms, and allocated us to the same floor. Thanks to her.
