Lovely welcoming place with comfortable rooms and beds and nice breakfast. Wonderful views across Ballyheigue Bay. Would recommend highly.

The B&B offered everything one might need—a place to rest, shelter, and comfort—but it lacked that soul, that vibrant seaside charm that beckons travelers yearning for a true beach escape. The atmosphere didn’t sparkle with the magic of the sea; the sheets and towels, though clean, felt a bit worn, calling out for a touch of freshness, a splash of warmth. The breakfast, humble yet wholesome, showcased Mediterranean flavors—cheese, ham, yoghurt, and fruit—but if you seek luxury or extravagance, you won’t find it here. Yet, despite these modest imperfections, there is one shining gem that makes this place unforgettable: the host. A soul radiant with charisma, kindness, and genuine warmth. His deep well of local knowledge and heartfelt hospitality create an atmosphere that no material comfort can match. He holds nothing back in his desire to ensure your stay is peaceful, memorable, and filled with genuine care. Location was perfect central,private parking , room was beautifully laid out with the best sea views , could listen to the waves all night , host was so welcoming and attentive to all his guest .
