Amazing guesthouse with great facilities in a fabulous location close to Balloch in Loch Lomond. New carpets in the room and the ability to use a communal area for relaxing.

Stunning. What a beautiful venue. Stunning to look at and very well appointed. Superb breakfast too. Well presented, good options, very tasty and great value. The hosts were both lovely, chatty, polite and informative. The room (we were in Holly) was lovely. Bright, clean, fresh, airy and well laid out. Nice to have a comfortable chair too. Lovely bathroom, showere and facilities. We think that the carpets had all just been refitted too. Nice to have the undercover outside patio area (shared) with comfy chair and cushions and the central, communal seating area as well.
