The location was ideal as we had an organised tour of Balmoral, and the dining opportunities in nearby Ballater were excellent. Our hostess Alison was very friendly.

Very friendly host, Beautiful outlook from the room. The guests stay at quiet side at rear not facing the highway. Good Breakfast

Beautiful countryside setting with wildlife in the meadows, comfortable beds in a spacious room, and friendly, helpful hosts. Also an excellent cooked breakfast, and plenty of local walking opportunities.
