Everything! The hosts were very welcoming, the atmosphere of the beautifully restored building, and the decor all reflects the work that went into the building's restoration. The bedroom is cosy, the rooms had everything we needed and every detail was taken care of. The living areas are spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after exploring the region or dining out. The hosts took the time to understand our needs and recommended some local places and businesses to us, which we appreciated.

From the first day that Mon and Charlie greeted us to share the history of this beautiful old school restoration we knew we were in for a great weekend. Their love and attention in perfecting this transformation into a spectacular couples retreat is evident in every detail within this beautiful space. We also quickly found that their hard work has made them hero’s in the local community where we had the pleasure of talking to a local who’s father had attended the school as a child and how much it meant to them as a family to see the school so lovingly restored. Thanks Mon and Charlie for a great stay.
