The location is wonderfully situated, offering views of both the sea and the mountains, surrounded by lush greenery, and is also close to the sea. The owner is very kind and friendly; she welcomed us at the accommodation and provided all the necessary information. We stayed both in the summer of 2024 and now with the family. We will definitely come back again this summer to Simon Green.

A very kind host who was waiting for us. The apartment was clean and very cozy. It is well located near the beach, markets and a lot of restaurants.

Modern design, confortable beds, very evicient AC, kitchen enough equipped, large balcony where you can drink your coffee in the morning,2-5 minutes walk away from the beach and very friendly staff

The host was really kind and she offered us a great and clean apartment where we spent a wonderful weekend. The apartment is located in a quiet area close to the center of Balchik. Overall, it was an amazing experience. I surely recommend it.
