The rooms in the hotel are very tastefully decorated and spacious. It is in a great location for the town and spas and catching buses. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. All staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a very spacious room and bathroom which was very well furnished. We had requested a first floor room, which they gave us. The choice at breakfast was good, and the staff were attentive. The location was just a short walk from the centre of town, so very convenient for restaurants, cafes and bars. It was just round the corner from the famous Roman Baths, which we visited a couple of times.
