Please note that the hotel is located in a pedestrian zone. On arrival, you can drive up to the hotel to unload luggage. The private parking spaces are a 5-minute walk from the hotel.Please note that the hotel only has a limited number of extra beds. All requests for extra beds have to be confirmed by the hotel.Children up to 3 years stay free of charge in existing beds in certain room categories. All other children rates are not included. Please contact the property in advance when traveling with children.
The use of the Alpentherme spa and hotel facilities is included from 14:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure.
Use of the Alpentherme Spa outside these hours is possible for a fee of EUR 28 per person (EUR 18 per child from 6 to 16 years old) per day.

Hotel is really top quality with great services and you feel pampered from the moment you come till you will leave. Celtic spa is amazing, food is excellent and stuff is very helpful and friendly, mainly Florian will make your day bright every day.

The hotel is family-friendly, as it offers convenient direct access from the hotel to the Therme spa, making it ideal for those who enjoy a lively atmosphere. The hotel's spa is excellent and usually not crowded. However, the hotel's location is great—right in the city center, with many restaurants nearby.
